He first fell in love with his mother's cooking (like all Italians!), then he had a few experiences in restaurants in Naples and as manager in a renowned 'Relais' restaurant in Umbria. Together with pizza, pasta is the heart of the culinary tradition in Naples and it can be found everywhere in a hundreds of shapes and recipes.
